AI visibility tool for Malaysian businesses
The Named Method
Six steps to being named by AI.
EasyFound is an AI search visibility (GEO) tool built for Malaysian businesses. It shows what ChatGPT, Gemini and four other AI engines say about your business, in English, Malay, Mandarin and Manglish, and our team can run it for you.
Self-serve sign-up for the tool is not open yet; it has a waitlist. Today our team runs it for you and does the fixes by hand.

What it replaces
One screenshot is one answer.
One screenshot of one answer, versus the same questions asked on a schedule. An AI answer changes from one ask to the next, so the method counts many answers over time.
Before. One answer, on one day. The next ask can name someone else.
With the method. The same questions, asked again and again, and counted.
In an EasyFound research test, two ChatGPT answers to the same question shared only 15% of the businesses they named.
The method
The six steps of The Named Method
Each step answers one question an owner would ask. Two steps to see, two to understand, two to act. After step 6, the method repeats from step 2.
- Named
- AI says your business name in its answer.
- Cited
- AI links a page as its source.
- Check
- One question, on one engine, on one day.
Step 01 · See
“What do my customers ask AI?”
Step 1: List the questions
- A list of the questions your customers ask AI before they choose, in the words they use.
- Questions can be tracked in English, Malay, Mandarin and Manglish.
- The list stays the same from one run to the next, so the answers can be compared.

“Who does AI name?”
Step 2: See who AI names
- Your share of answers, beside the competitors you name.
- Shown per engine and per language, across six AI engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode.
- Share of answers is the answers that name you ÷ the answers that name any tracked business.
Step 03 · Understand
“Why them?”
Step 3: Trace the sources
- The sources and pages AI cites in its answers.
- Grouped as your own site, competitors, forums and other sites.
- A list of your pages that are losing citations over 90 days.
Step 04 · Understand
“What does AI say about me?”
Step 4: Read how AI describes you
- How AI describes your business.
- What it praises, and what it gets wrong.
- Each point comes with the answers it was read from, as evidence.
Step 05 · Act
“What should I fix first?”
Step 5: Fix what's holding you back
- A fix list in order, so you know what to change before anything else.
- Today our team makes the changes by hand, and you approve them.
- Drafting inside the tool is in final testing. It is not released and has no release date.

“Did it work, and is it holding?”
Step 6: Ask again and keep watch
- The same questions, asked again on a schedule you choose, daily by default.
- The trend over 7, 28 or 90 days.
- Then back to step 2: who does AI name now?
Honest limits
What this can't do
Nobody controls an AI answer. The method shows you the pattern and what to fix. These are the things it does not do.
- No guaranteed place in any AI answer.Nobody can promise that an AI engine will name your business.
- No control over what AI says. The work changes what AI can read about you. The answer is still the engine's own.
- A citation is a link in an answer, not proof. It does not show that the page supports what the answer says.
- Results differ by engine, language and day.So every number shows its engine, its language and its date.
- The tool does not write or publish pages for you today. Our team makes the changes by hand. Drafting inside the tool is in final testing.
How we test
Built on tests we publish
It's built on EasyFound's own published tests of how AI recommends Malaysian businesses: more than 80 studies so far. Every study is dated and states its method. 90 of them come with a dataset you can download.
These are research tests. Where a study tests AI answers, it asks through the AI company's developer interface. They are not results from the tool, and not the consumer apps.

Questions about the tool, answered
Which AI engines does EasyFound check, and in which languages?
EasyFound checks six AI engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Google AI Mode. Questions can be tracked in English, Malay, Mandarin and Manglish, and results are kept separate per language.
Is this the same as asking ChatGPT myself?
No. One answer on your own screen is a single sample, and it can change the next time you ask. EasyFound asks the same questions again on a schedule and counts how often you are named. It asks the engines directly and reads Google's through a data provider, so wording can differ from your screen.
Why do I get a different answer every time I ask ChatGPT?
Because ChatGPT writes with some chance built in, decides afresh whether to search, and gets different pages from each search. In an EasyFound research test, two ChatGPT answers to the same question shared only 15% of the businesses they named. So the method counts many answers over time.
Can EasyFound guarantee that AI will recommend my business?
No. Nobody controls what an AI engine says, and no one can promise a place in an AI answer. The Named Method shows where you stand, what to fix, and whether the answers change after the fix.
How often are the questions asked?
On a schedule you choose, daily by default. Each check is one question, on one engine, on one day, and the trend is shown over 7, 28 or 90 days.
Can I run the EasyFound tool myself?
Not yet. Self-serve sign-up for the tool is not open; it has a waitlist. Today the EasyFound team runs the tool for you and does the fixes by hand.
Can I track several brands?
Yes. One account can hold several brands, each with its own questions and its own schedule, with an overview across brands. While self-serve sign-up is closed, the EasyFound team runs them for you.
What does "named" mean, and how is it different from "cited"?
Named means AI says your business name in its answer. Cited means AI links a page as its source. A business can be named without being cited, and a citation is a link, not proof that the page supports what the answer says.
Where do the numbers on EasyFound's site come from?
From EasyFound's own published research tests. Each study states its date, its method and the engine tested, and many come with a dataset you can download. They are research tests run by our team, kept separate from any customer's results.
Is EasyFound's tool a GEO tool or an AI SEO tool?
Both names describe it. An AI visibility tool, also called a GEO tool or AI SEO tool, tracks how AI engines such as ChatGPT and Gemini answer your customers' questions: whether you are named, who is named instead, and which pages the answers cite.
