EasyFound ("we", "us") operates easyfound.co, a service that helps businesses get recommended by AI answer engines. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and the choices you have. We comply with the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) and apply the same standards to visitors from elsewhere.
What we collect
- Information you give us: your email address and website domain when you register interest or request a visibility check.
- Usage data: pages visited, approximate location (country/city level), device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics 4 using cookies. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.
How we use it
- To contact you about early access, your visibility check, and product updates you have asked for.
- To understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
- We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Who processes your data
We use a small number of service providers to run EasyFound: Resend (email delivery), Google Analytics (site analytics), Railway (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS and security). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to measure site usage. You can block cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site.
Retention
We keep interest-form submissions until you ask us to delete them or the early-access programme concludes, whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard 14-month rolling window.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time, and you may withdraw consent to being contacted. Email us and we will action it within 21 days as required by the PDPA.
