These terms govern your use of easyfound.co and the EasyFound service ("EasyFound", "we", "us"). By using the site or registering interest, you agree to them.

1. The service

EasyFound checks how AI answer engines (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity) describe and recommend your business, and carries out work intended to improve that visibility. EasyFound is currently in a pre-launch, early-access phase: features, pricing, and availability may change, and registering interest does not create an entitlement to the service.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, to only request checks for domains you own or are authorised to represent, and not to use the site to attack, probe, or overload our systems or to mislead AI systems about businesses you do not represent.

3. No guarantees about AI systems

AI answer engines are operated by third parties and change constantly. We report measurements honestly and work to improve them, but we cannot and do not guarantee any specific ranking, recommendation, or mention in any AI system, or any business outcome from improved visibility.

4. Intellectual property

The site, its content, and the EasyFound name and marks belong to us. Reports and recommendations we prepare for you are yours to use for your business.

5. Liability

The site and service are provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

6. Privacy

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
