    What does EasyFound do?

    EasyFound gets your business recommended by AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. We check what AI currently says about you, fix what's holding you back, and show you the improvement in a before-and-after score. You don't need any technical knowledge — our team does the work for you.

    Which AI tools do you check?

    Three today: ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity. Google Gemini and Google AI Overviews are on our roadmap but are not live yet, so nothing you sign up for today includes them and we won't put a date on it until it ships. We'd rather say that plainly than let you assume wider coverage than you're getting. If any tool tells you it checks “all AI”, ask it to name the engines and say how often each one is queried.

    What's in the free check?

    Up to 10 questions asked about your business against one AI engine — a one-time snapshot showing whether you get named, and who gets named instead. It's free, needs no credit card, and carries no obligation afterwards. Ongoing monitoring across all three engines is part of the paid engagement, not the free check.

    Do I need to be technical?

    No. There’s nothing to install and no dashboard to learn. We handle the technical work and explain everything in plain language.

    Can I just do this myself?

    Yes, and it's fair to consider it. Ask ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity the questions your customers would ask, note whether you get named, then make sure your website states plainly what you do, who you do it for, and where. That's the core of the work. Most owners we speak to already know how — they just don't have a spare afternoon every month to keep doing it.

    How much does it cost?

    We haven't published prices yet. We're taking on 10 businesses first, working with each one personally, and pricing is agreed directly with them at a rate that stays locked. The first visibility check is free either way, so you can see where you stand before any money is discussed.

    What kind of businesses is this for?

    Local and small businesses that grew on word of mouth and want that to keep working now customers ask AI first — bakeries, clinics, contractors, tuition centres, salons, and service businesses of most kinds. It suits owners with no marketing team. It's a poor fit if you want software to run yourself, because we do the work rather than hand you a tool.

    How is this different from SEO?

    SEO helps you rank on Google's list of links. EasyFound helps you get named in AI answers — because your customers increasingly ask AI directly and never see the list. The two work together; we build on the SEO you already have.

    Can you guarantee I’ll be #1 on ChatGPT?

    No, and nobody honestly can. Research by SparkToro ran the same questions through AI tools 2,961 times and found less than a 1-in-100 chance of getting the identical list of businesses back twice. There is no fixed ranking to buy your way into, so anyone promising a guaranteed #1 spot on ChatGPT is selling something that doesn't exist.

    How do you measure if it’s working?

    By how often you get named across many repeated questions, not by a ranking position. We ask a set of realistic customer questions on a schedule and record how frequently your business appears, and which competitors appear instead. Because AI answers shift between runs, a number built from many runs is the only kind that means anything.

    How long until AI notices changes?

    It varies, and we won't pretend otherwise. AI tools re-read the web on their own schedules, so changes can surface within weeks or take longer, and the sources these tools favour shift over time. That's exactly why we keep measuring across repeated checks instead of taking one snapshot and calling it done.

    Do I need a website?

    It helps a great deal. When BrightLocal recorded where ChatGPT got its answers for local business questions, 58% of the sources it cited were the businesses' own websites. You don't need a big or expensive site — a few plain pages saying what you do, who for, and where will do more than a beautiful one that says very little.

    What if AI says something wrong about my business?

    It happens, and it can cost real money — a US contractor lost a $150,000 contract after Google's AI wrongly stated the company was facing a lawsuit. Checking regularly is how you catch it early. Our limit here is worth knowing: we monitor ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity, so we would not catch something appearing only in Google's AI Overviews.
